I love business building, from my first job building a search practice on Wall Street, to launching my first agency in 2009 to scaling and leading GTM teams at technology businesses like Hired.com, harri.com and porch.com.

I founded Beacon in 2018 not to create another recruitment agency, but as a vehicle to partner and build with ambitious founders and leaders.Visionary leaders need builders who share their passion, care about their long-term success and are as invested in their business as they are.
