Every candidate we present has been screened on quota attainment, deal size, ACV fit, team stage, and culture match. We do not send bulk resumes. You meet 2 to 3 finalists, not 20 maybes.
If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated within 90 days of their start date, we restart the search at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to all contingency and retained placements.
All candidate information, compensation data, and search details are treated as confidential. We do not share your hiring plans, salary ranges, or candidate feedback with competitors. Candidates are only presented to your company with their explicit consent.
