Background
David founded Beacon Talent in 2018 after spending two decades in SaaS revenue roles. His career started building a search practice on Wall Street, followed by launching his first recruiting agency in 2009. He then moved to the operator side, scaling and leading GTM teams at technology businesses including Hired.com, Harri, and Porch.
