No. Most of the strongest candidates in our network are employed and performing well, not actively applying anywhere. Joining just means you're open to hearing about the right opportunity if one comes up.
You can join generally, but picking a target role lets us show you the right screening questions immediately and match you faster. You can start from any of the role-specific buttons on the join page or from the general form.

Yes, always. Beacon Talent is paid by the hiring company, never by candidates. There's no cost to join, get matched, or work with us through an interview process, now or later.

No. If a client's search fits your profile, we reach out to you directly first. Your information only goes to a specific hiring company after we've talked to you and you've said yes to being introduced.
Just tell us. We'd rather know you're not interested in a specific opportunity than lose touch with you for the right one later.
We don't publicly list network members or reach out to your employer. Matching happens privately between you and us until you choose to move forward with a specific introduction.
